Hi everyone!!
Lately, things have been so hectic where i am. i have had so much going on that i hadn’t had time to write here, and i feel utterly wrong about it. Where do i start, though… Well i can say first that i have been working so much lately. I have been training for another position within my department.
So along with school, i am pleased to keep my sanity along with school. I am taking one course at the moment, and as i said before, it works out to where i can focus on both. I had a realization that everything happens for a reason, and so I’m taking everything one step at a time.
I have just been working and going on as COVID 19 has been putting a strain on my social life. I can say my husband and i have been hiking more often, and he’s picked up a new hobby, stone exhibition, and with that, we’re able to go out and search for rocks stones, and it is time-consuming yet fun with surprising results. I will also be posting about my first year in Spokane, Washington, in September, so watch out for that.
I also am obsessed with audiobooks. Audible has been my saving grace these past few weeks. I am currently reading Becoming by Michelle Obama, whom i admire, and reading Rules of Attraction by Simone Elkeles on my nook. I am the type of reader who likes to combine with audible and reading, as it’s best to have both in moderation for me. Next week i will post my book review on both Perfect Chemistry and Rules of Attraction by Simone Elkeles, and I can say her way of writing is excellent and brings out the romantic in me.
I am now focusing on working and college, but I am trying to write more often as we progress within the last 5 months of this year. My family and I are taking precautions always when going outside and staying safe. I hope you all are staying safe and sound, and please always wear a mask. I can’t wait to turn in my Petition to graduate next month! My last class will be in October, ill be done December 21st, and get my diploma on January 10th. Guys, I am blessed to have all that i have, plus a great team to back me up. I will be documenting my last month for my undergrad, and it will be the time to focus, study, and graduate! Thank you for reading, and i hope you all have a fantastic weekend ahead.
